Printing, fulfilment and delivery

Physical products are produced and dispatched using print-on-demand and fulfilment services.

Our current print-on-demand provider is Printful.

When necessary to produce and deliver your order, relevant order information is shared with the fulfilment provider through our website and its integrated services. This may include your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number and details of the product ordered.

This information is shared only to the extent necessary to manufacture, fulfil and deliver your order and deal with related customer-service matters.

If we add or change a fulfilment provider, we will update this policy where appropriate.

• Customer and order information is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and, where necessary afterwards, to meet legal, accounting, tax, warranty or dispute-related obligations.
• Accounting records and supporting documents, including relevant order and invoice information, may need to be retained for 10 years in accordance with French legal requirements.
• Account information is retained while the account remains active and thereafter only where there is a legitimate or legal reason to retain relevant information.
• Blog comments may remain for as long as the relevant comment or post remains published, unless the comment is removed earlier.
• Usercentrics consent information is retained for one year.

Closing an account or asking us to delete personal data does not require us to delete information that we are legally obliged to retain. Where appropriate, information no longer required for day-to-day use may instead be retained only for the applicable legal retention period.
